Red Wing Dove premium vinifera grapes are hand pruned and hand harvested.

The vineyard has been continuously replanted due to the severe freeze (-3 deg) in 2021 and loss of vines due to drought, etc.
Each year going forward from now (2026 - 2030) the tons harvested will be increasing.
In 2026 we estimate to harvest 2 tons of Shiraz, 1 ton of Grenache, 1 ton of Mourvedre, one half ton of Grenache Blanc and 2 tons of Pinot Gris.
The price for grapes is $1400 per ton plus the cost of paying laborers for harvest.
