Constuction of the winery started in June 2011 and will be ready for harvest in 2012. Below are some photos of the progress.
We welcome the completion our full oak walk-up serving bar. It was beautifully hand created by SFW cabinet makers in Gatesville; who implemented our design concepts. It includes hand painted Talavera tiles across the front with Texas stars. The top of the back bar is reminiscent of the Alamo with the centerpiece dove and more Texas stars inbetween oak carvings of grapevines.

Below is the area for our wine tanks and where all of the wine making magic will take place.
This is the home for many future wine barrels to allow the wine to rest and age wonderfully.
